Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you can place an order on our site without registering — simply enter your contact details once. However, registration is recommended for repeat purchases.
You can cancel your order unconditionally within the first 2 hours of placing it by calling our contact numbers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure and convenient payments.
After your order, you’ll receive an Order Tracking Number by email — enter it on our Order Tracking page to see the status of your order.
How does the shipping process work?
The products you have ordered are fully protected and delivered to your address by Turkey’s leading courier companies. For certain regions, we also work with regional couriers for faster delivery and greater shipment security.
All orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. After ordering, delivery time ranges from 1–4 days.
Which payment methods are accepted?
