DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
DELIVERY
Products purchased from the Graffe Online Store are dispatched to courier in special crating to reach you within at most 3 (three) business days of your purchase.
When your shipment arrives, especially if you have purchased a sanitaryware product, please make sure to open the crate in the presence of the courier officer and inspect it.
Do not accept any product that you see as broken or incomplete. For products that have been damaged during shipping, you must have the courier officer draw up a record . Otherwise the product cannot be returned.
SHIPPING FEES
Products purchased from our online store are FREE for delivery within Turkey.
For international orders, please contact our sales representatives for information about customs and transport charges.
SUPER FAST DELIVERY
For products purchased from our online store before 12:00, if you select the SUPER FAST DELIVERY option during purchase, we deliver to your door the same day via dedicated vehicle.
This service is subject to a fee. It is currently available only within the boundaries of Istanbul province.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN)
Graffe.com.tr handles return procedures within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Consumers.
You may make exchanges on our site under the Ministry of Health’s Hygienic Products Regulation. Under the Ministry of Health’s Hygienic Products Regulation, hygienic products cannot be returned after being opened unless they are defective.
Please note that you have the right of withdrawal for the product or products subject to the contract within 14 days from delivery to yourself or to the person/organisation at the address you have indicated.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the defect or fault in the product with photographs.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify info@graffe.com.tr within 14 days.
Under the relevant provisions of the Consumer Rights article, the product must be “unused”. Used products cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted for products whose original box/packaging has been damaged, that have lost their resaleability, or that are in a condition where they cannot be purchased by another customer.
